I am from the Philippines and a firm believer in Zero Waste Management? Have you heard of it?

It is an advocacy about producing absolutely NO WASTE AT ALL.

Actually here in the Philippines we have made a city ordinance about BANNING plastic bags, actually we already have banned plastic bags here in Manila (PH’s Capital). I will send you a copy of the city ordinance if you have any e mail .
