		<description><![CDATA[Good for the City of Durham to get behind this Durham Pilot project with the EPA. 

Here in the Northeast, sustainability and urban planning are becoming big issues as older cities are dealing with an influx of young professionals moving back in to newly developed areas. 

Hopefully this model will be adopted elsewhere moving forward.]]></description>
