As a home brewer, I do pay attention to the water quality. Sanitation of the brewing equipment and supplies is also extremely important.

BTW, Victory Brewing in Downingtown, PA, makes a Headwaters Ale as a tribute to the source water area of their brewery.

Since the Philadelphia area is a hot-bed of brewing activity, the headwaters/source area concept is very important, as are protections for the groundwater recharge areas.

Future, the water should be expensive than a beer. People contend with stressed without the beer or drug, but need more clean water. However, good water is rarely and paranoia countries hoping to war…!
