		<description><![CDATA[Nice to hear that Roberto Clemente might become a place to paddle from; it is long overdue.  It is possible the Inwood Canoe Club could help with your October event.  Mail me if you want to explore the possibilities.  The water will be cool, so cool air or wind or rain might create some mild hypothermia risk.

Corrections:  Neither of the bridges shown in the picture is mentioned in the caption, and the three bridges mentioned in the caption are not shown in the picture!  The bridges in the picture are the Henry Hudson Bridge (arched) and the Amtrak Spuyten Duyvil Bridge (low swing bridge).  Also, the neighborhood at left is Inwood, not Washington Heights.  The Bronx neighborhood on the right is Spuyten Duyvil.
