I have attended a couple of the meetings along the Gulf Coast and have found that the EPA was very engaged with communities. I think it may depend on the various people that a community is dealing with and under which Administration. I can only speak for my interactinons and they have been positive in the last few years.

I second your comments -- EPA has never actually supported citizen involvement. I’m very upset by The EPA’s refusal to listen to us.

FYI, all my friends here in Casper see this for what it is-- cheap, disengenuous and farcical. EPA has never actually supported citizen involvement. The EPA has always teamed up with the states and industry to undermine and suppress ordinairy citizens and taxpayers, not just here, but all over the US. I'm very upset by The EPA's refusal to listen to us. This is what my son lost his leg in Iraq for (2 tours)??
