The ability to assemble custom data groupings and see geographical relationships is a powerful tool and free software like the improved CAMEO and ESRI’s ArcGis Explorer now provide this capability at no cost. EPA’s GIS data is presently hard to locate, and a simple listing of available data would be helpful. The National Geospatial program lists a mix of data services and data downloads, but the interface is very hard to use.

I see some dups but there may be data sources here that weren’t on the list. See the Databases sections.
