I can’t imagine spending $384 billion but I can see why it is necessary to continually update our water systems. Everyone needs water and I appreciate you sharing this information so I can expect a rise in my taxes to pay for these adjustments and changes.

Please, don’t angry to me ! Drinking water infrastructure is very-very important to our next generation.In my country with its infrastructure, it’s impossible to arrange that like EPA’s nominal. Blank..and we don’t know how my people should be start was. Nominal Price more value than Nothing……..!!!!!
