		<description><![CDATA[I was fortunate to be able to go along with my sister Nancy on this tour of the Charlotte Harbor Estuary with the staff of the estuary program.  They do an impressive job of communicating - from detailed reports of their monitoring data to wading trips for kids to beautiful calendars showing the diversity of the plant and animal life of the estuary.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[The NEPs are one of the best and most productive programs that EPA supports.  In all of my federal service I felt most satisfied when I was working with the local citizens that were involved in the NEPs to resolve environmental problems.  These citizens were very dedicated in helping their local community.]]></description>
