I agree that these have been popular in New England for years - we used to build them at camp in Vermont - and I love your description of how they are created.  Great picture, too!  The tie in with Louv was spot on.  Thank you!  I&#039;ve also heard them referred to as &quot;gnome homes&quot; which might work better for the guys out there. - Lisa]]></description>
