Just seas is nature. However, people indicates to exploit them. If they try to do it, so similar with tropical forest, mining areas and gulf oil disasters. Are we need hard regulatory measures for ecosystem spread all over water, soil and sky ? Is U.N. Security Council could add a member of Environmental &quot;state&quot; for to change this planet?]]></description>
