I have come across a product that cuts down the emissions of any burning of petroleum by up to 40%, this product is cheap and would actually end up saving these factories and trucking companies millions of dollars in the long run because it causes the fuel to burn more efficiently and last longer, which in turn is a lot better for the air. I really want to get the word out about this product I know their are rules and regulations on emissions for these kinds of people and this could really benefit them and the environment at the same time! I would love to talk to somebody to see how we could work together in providing this product to everyone who could use it. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Estamos sendo envenenados pela “poeira preta” conhecida por Material Pariculado ( PM 0,1 – 10 micra ) que penetra em nossos pulmões, entram em nossa circulação sanguínea causando estragos na saúde até aumentando o câncer e causando milhares de mortes por todo o mundo “civilizado”.
Depois de estudar o problema por mais de 10 anos, criei um PROJETO AMBIENTAL – DR.MATTOSO para ajudar a diminuir este grande problema mundial.
O PROJETO AMBIENTAL foi dividido em 5 partes mais importantes :
1) Direito Ambiental
2) Administração Ambiental
3) Engenharia Ambiental
4) Medicina Ambiental
5) Industria Farmacêutica Ambiental

Gostaria muito de um dia poder ir ai nos E.U.A. para apresentar este maravilhoso projeto, auto-suatentável.

in so many areas of importance . In the beauty of land and waterways
so essential to uman health and spirit , you might contest and review the terrible and neglected conditions of the Delta from Sacramento shipping lanes , to the wasted areas of Mare island , and the Suisan bay where naval / ships grave yard , and all the siliting full marinas along the way and out to the San Francisco bay , where fed proposals and programs never getting off the ground , to remove hazards and restore shipping lanes and boatng ways . I have visited and photographed all the channels and bays and talked with marina people and shipping persons , and marina boat owners stuck in no dredge areas , and USCG at wasted areas at stations in Rio Vista and Vallejo , Mare island areas , and Naval officers at Benicia , who all say
this area is being talked and money spent on studies but totaly overlooked and such potential being wasted. Mare island could be a great area for a federal prison , as deserted ship yards just set…
