It is damage by the natural disaster, but thinks it to be an annoying talk to the people of other countries.
Collection should be possible, but cannot be readily settled if distributed widely.
It is a really difficult problem.

In the outer space, the garbage of the man-made satellite becomes the problem.
This is that the responsibility of the owner is uncertain, and a problem is complicated.
This is my opinion.
