		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the comment.  While EPA does not design cars, we certainly are very interested in strategies to reduce the amount of air pollution emitted by vehicles.  Mobile monitoring is one research approach to help us understand the amount of traffic-related air pollution on roads and in communities near major roads.  Hopefully the research findings will help support improvements in air quality in the future.]]></description>
