Thank you so very much for sharing what&#039;s happening where you live in Ireland! 

In Somerville, Massachusetts where I live just outside of Boston, they recently began &#039;single stream&#039; recycling, where a single bin collects all accepted recyclables. Plastic bags are not one of those accepted items, so my housemates and I collect those separately and bring them to grocery stores that offer to recycle them.
