If I&#039;m not wrong, some fantastic potential areas in U.S. are Great Lake Basin and Rivers Basin. Fortunate, there are eco-synergy among officers which could make efficiency cost. Beside protected our aquatic species, these area should be resource for electricity without nuclear that destructive for us. So, we can show to the people in the world, water is useful for peace and civilization.....-]]></description>
