I have been told that if you would get honey that is produced in your area and take a teaspoon a day, for a year. The local pollen will not bother you anymore. My friend does this and when he moves to another part of the country he starts all over again. He has went from having terrible allergies as a kid to actually being able to enjoy life and the outside. What better way to get rid of the extra medications, do away with needing them.
