		<description><![CDATA[I am aware that the EPA  is looking at reducing toxins in air emissions from coal and oil fired power plants.  As a long time resident of Michigan I am aware of the fish and wildlife benefits that could accrue from a reduction in mercury in particular.  I would like to register my enthusiastic support for these proposed reductions.  And, thank you for getting back to full enforcement of existing EPA regulations that have been law for several years.]]></description>
