By: Michael E. Bailey http://blog.epa.gov/blog/2010/07/share-your-ideas-by-friday/#comment-19998 Fri, 30 Jul 2010 04:16:26 +0000 http://blog.epa.gov/blog/?p=3430#comment-19998 I just finished looking at the issue of rural public transportation for the California State Council on Developmental Disabilities and a great model for answering this problem that is in operation now in Northeastern Oregon. This is important here because small rural towns, rural counties, a Tribal Government, in Northeast Oregon, and three cities in Washington State have all come together to create a rural public transportation program so innovative and far=sited as to win an award from Harvard University. This rural transportation system is a great success. This model worked well on transportation. This model of cooperation, coordination, and collaboration could work just as well on dealing with important environmental issues in rural areas, especially those that cross jurisdictional lines to cover tribal governments, small towns, rural counties, larger cities and even across state lines. Concepts such as this should be developed and nurtured and be used for dealing with such things as the Nitrate contamination of drinking water wells in the San Joaquin Valley. Best wishes, Michael E. Bailey.

also stop doing explotions in the ocean as well, no more war maneuvers deminishig the sea population.
and you better start a campain to reforest the planet in a massive way to try to aliviate the climate change and clean the enviroment, no more dumping contamination to the ocean or everybody will pay the consequences

In my country, the people who back from US (study, partnerships, business, and travelers) seem different with before : American Style. No problem, because that is natural. But most the people, sometimes, feel something wrong about them. Finally, we are understand…..
