Anyway, I had one client who had gotten a mitral valve replacement who lived in L.A. and was told by his doctor about the relationship between air pollution and heart disease, and encouraged him to move after his procedure!

This goes hand in hand with what you said: “Smog and particle pollution have been linked to health problems including aggravation of asthma and increased risk of premature death in people with heart or lung disease.”
