Information about the environment is the key to your success. Plan for it, budget for it, and remember that your opposition will do everything they can to prevent you from being well informed about the current state of the environment. A well informed EPA tends to not be in the best interests of industry and their lobbyists.
Be well informed. It’s our best hope.

For example, I just searched this blog for “Mountaintop removal” and found nothing.

I searched the EPA.gov Web site for “Mountaintop Removal” and found lots of results for “Mountaintop Mining.”

I’m not sure how you call it “Mountaintop Mining” when there’s no mountain left after the mining is done.

Is this 1984, or do you want to call Mountaintop Removal for what it is?

Necesitamos una visón global para actuar localmente

How do you protect your employees and suppliers who point out problem areas that need to be addressed? The program started with such promise … but is it still effective? Does it need to be revitalized given that we’re seeing so many abuses in finance and big projects? How can you make this work better?
