		<description><![CDATA[It really is great that school children are interested in this type of critical public health issue.  Radon causes the second highest number of lung cancers--second only to smoking--and is a public health problem that should be treated with the same aggressiveness as the smoking problem was and is.  You can&#039;t start teaching environmental issues to children too early.  At our city library where I work we have a number of books in our Toddler and Picture Book sections touching on various envirenmental issues and they are well received by the parents.
