We only turn out Christmas lights on for 1 hour at a time and only on 3 days a week. We also do all of our gift shopping on the same day. That way we aren’t making several trips for one or two things.

I sometimes get panic disorder attacks that is why a usual hot bath with candles and NO light works for me too to de-stress.

I will not be using Christmas lights either. I also haven’t used my dishwasher in years and hand wash all. I am still pretty bad about recycling and I am trying to get better. Merry Christmas all!!!

It feels more relaxing and at the same time, I get to save electricity! This would be great for couples too! It melts the anxiety and stress for the day. Great mood setter as well! :-)
