		<description><![CDATA[That was a good trip.  It sounds like you got to see and smell one of the major things in that river system in need of cleaning up--the paper mill.  It probably also needs to be checked on its wastewater it sends into the river&#039;s watershed.  The benefits people get from the river system and the stresses they put on it are critical to know inorder to protect the river and the wildlife that depend on it for survival.
