I’m most likely going to head down to the beach for the fireworks.
Well staying at home watching my two lovely kids playing their wooden kitchen playsets is my best choice this year.
Thank you so much for providing this great information. That was just what I was looking for, keep the great info coming.
Yes agree nice information.
I stayed at home and planted New plants in the Garden and lots of Fresh Veggies. I tried my best not to waste Energy in the home or use any kind of Harmful chemicals. It was a Great and healthy fourth f July.

Just do not realize why men and women are writing comments which are certainly not relevant to the subject being reviewed. I assume this is something which we will have to avert.
I am always planting new plants to help out
Honestly, over the past few years I just stayed home and enjoyed the day off with my family. I really don’t enjoy the fireworks shows that almost always end up with someone getting severely injured because of negligence. Last year I had summer courses in UCLA so I didn’t go back home for dependence day. I just chilled with my buddies and my trusty
I am helping one of the local schools to build a solar panel. We have implemented, several green projects this year and this will definately be the best one. I am hoping to get the school a sponsored windmill, so they will be totally self sufficient. Already they have a kitchen garden that generates a lot of food for the kitchen. This means they only ever eat seasonal vegetables and they are reducing their carbon footprint. Thanks for the info.
Kindest regards

When it comes to going green, you can never go wrong with planting more trees.
That’s the approach that we are taking in our country during the upcoming independence day celebrations.
I go green as do all my family, it’s the best way to be in my view.

Hi.
Okay, so I missed the original posting back in 2008. However, relevancy still exists in the question, ” How will you be green for the 4th of July”.
There are so many institutional ways to be relevant, given that many organizations have budgets, committess, etc. As an individual my plans are simple because I know that within a community of stakeholders, even low budget stakeholders, you can accomplish many things.
I have always lived in the city but have cherished my own dreams of also being a farmer. My contribution is to read about and associate with people who grow gardens. For so many reasons to include the simple fact that the price of processed food continues to increase.
Since this posting is about the 4th of July, I also feel that my lessened dependence on commercial entities to feed myself and my love ones, will collectively contribute to the national security of our nation. There is a saying that goes something like this,” You control nations with oil and people with food”.
I want my total and complete freedom. So my responsibility to to do everything possible at my level to contribute to the collective success of my community and country. God Bless America.
During the celebration, I will dispose off my trash properly. It is my own little way of greening the fourth of July Celebration.

I am using only indoor grill. No pollution. See indoor grill reviews

in my country, the concern for the environment and health is quite alarming, .. when walking..I am often disturbed by the air filled with dust from the vehicle, I want more people care about environmental issues and health, environmental health starts from self health.
Always go green. I cycle instead of driving.
Just a little by a lot will make the difference…so don’t make yours or your family’s life miserable by shoving a ‘green lifestyle’ down their throat…a flick of a light switch, turning off standby mode, paper not plastic, composting kitchen waste, turn the washing machine to 30*…every little helps!
Going ‘green’ should be something we all do – before you do anything ask yourself whether you could act in a more environmentally friendly way.
Thanks for informative and helpful post, obviously in your blog everything is good.
If you post informative comments on blogs there is always the chance that actual

I think that everything should be done in moderation and with common sense.
When planning 4th of July barbecues and picnics, don’t forget to select food products that use biodegradable packaging.
Agree with the above, and understand that vegetable based inks should be referenced on the packaging
I walk instead of driving, recycle as much as possible and never throw food away if I can make a second meal
I prefer walking or cycling instead of using my car,so that i preserve fuel,in such away i green on 4th of july.
Such a nice and informative article. Hope to read more article in the future.

We had our celebration outside so that we can give our airconditioning a break. We don’t had fireworks because it is said that it is not eco-friendly at all.
going green should be the goal of every government around the world
I guess I have missed it but I would have stayed at home.
Never thought much of being green.
What I did was simple;
Close water tap when brush my teeth (save water!)
Switch off my pc when not used (save the electricity)
And that’s about it.
Digital documents is much more difficult to handle. I wanna see if the details provided here would work for me too.
I walk instead of driving
comming alltogether with our friends; with picnic and party. Staying at home and have fun.
