That is awesome! I bike to and from work everyday (16 miles roundtrip) and I feel like you, refreshed and energized! Best exercise ever as far as I’m concerned.

I live in a warm climate and have only been able to bike to work with an employer in a large office building that had an existing gym and shower. I could throw my change of clothes in my backpack, put on a head wrap helmet, and shower when I arrived. A third set of clothes for the hot ride home was a plus….

Since last year I have been biking to the train station and from the station in peterbough to work this means I purchased 2 bikes as there was always issues in taking my bike on the train during rush hour. Security has been the main issues as I leave a bike at a train station either all day or overnight. I have lost 2 so far but also 16lbs in weight so all in all it has been worth while and I plan to keep it up. Even with the extra cost of funding two new bikes my wallet has benefitted from the experience aswell as before I drove to the train staion in my home town and caught either a bus or taxi from peterborough station to my office. A+ for the bikes good on the health and wallet.
