It&#039;s a bad practice for everyone involved if that person is not yet ready, and may never be ready, to do that job.  Can you go to a colleague of your supervisor or someone above your supervisor anonymously?]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[What about supervisors with conduct problems.  I&#039;ve got a poor supervisor at EPA (I can tell the difference; I&#039;ve worked for good ones).  I like what I do but I think often of finding a new job, just to get away from this dope.  Others in my office feel the same way, but we don&#039;t speak up or try to offer advice.  We don&#039;t go to senior management because there&#039;s zip faith in confidentiality.  Who needs angry denials - and maybe a damaged performance evaluation?]]></description>
